For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing from the bonus.

• To claim the bonus, the relevant offer must be active at the time of deposit.

• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination.

7 Other Promotions

299bet offers various promotional deals, including a weekly deposit reward (up to 50%, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 20x), a Friday special offer (up to 40%, maximum ৳4,000, wagering 15x), a 299bet Cricket Festival bonus (up to 30%, maximum ৳3,000, wagering 18x), a birthday gift (maximum ৳1,000, wagering 10x), and a refer-a-friend bonus (maximum ৳2,000, wagering 12x).

• Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• 299bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

8 VIP Program

The 299bet VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated based on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

• VIP tier is determined by activity on the platform — staying regularly active gives you the opportunity to advance to a higher tier.
• Cashback is paid out once per week.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another person.

9 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 299bet are considered final. 299bet reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error or obvious pricing mistakes.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the original stake will be refunded, unless the rules of the relevant sport provide otherwise.
• Bet history is stored in the account and will serve as the definitive record in any dispute.
• Systematically placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts — known as arbitrage or syndicate betting — is not permitted.

10 Casino and Slot Game Rules

The individual rules of each game apply to casino and slot games. If a disconnection occurs during a game, the session is automatically saved and resumes from where it left off upon reconnection.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The RTP (Return to Player) stated in a game's description is a theoretical long-term average — it is not a guaranteed result for any individual session.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

11 Fraud and Misconduct

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

12 Right to Close Accounts

• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If a valid balance exists and no breach has occurred, the member may request a withdrawal.
